Open position: SAP Ariba Service Administrator - Apply until: 26/02/2022

For our customer, a leading German multinational corporation, with edge proprietary technology, 18.000 employees, production in Germany and other countries, present in 40 countries, and a successful history of over 70 years, we are looking for a SAP Ariba Service Administrator, with consultancy experience. A high level of English is essential. 

Permanent position. Remote. Madrid, Spain. 

Reporting to the Purchasing Service Owner and within a team of 8 people you will be administering the Service and implementing new features or SAP related modules.

Your tasks

• Supporting Ariba Sourcing and Supplier Management Solution
• Integration and Interface Monitoring (SOAP web service XML) and Troubleshooting/Service Request Management (2nd and 3rd Level Support with users and SAP Ariba)
• Conducting data loads
• Ariba End2End regression testing
• Configuring Ariba template/forms based on user requirements
• Evaluation and conducting impact analysis of new Ariba features based on Ariba Feature Roadmap
• Monitoring and following up on SAP Ariba Disruption notifications
• Single point of contact for Procurement in terms of Ariba deployment issues
• Supporting on Ariba roll outs at Business units

Your skills

• University Degree in Computer Sciences or similar
• More than 5 years of working experience as Technology Consultant and Support
• Ariba Solution hands-on strong experience
• SAP ERP MM hands-on experience
• Solid knowledge of application configuration, maintenance and support.
• Full Proficiency in English (C1)
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial attitude, team worker
• Procurement processes know how
• Certifications in SAP Procurement Valuable
