Open position: SAP SSFF Consultant - Apply until: 27/12/2022

For our customer, a leading German multinational corporation, with edge proprietary technology, 18.000 employees, production in Germany and other countries, present in 40 countries, and a successful history of over 70 years, we are looking for a SAP SSFF Consultant. A high level of English is essential. 

Permanent position. Partially remote. Madrid, Spain. 

You will be working within an international team and participating in the implementation of SSFF in our customer as part of its staff. It is not a contract project. 

Your tasks

• Central contact person with responsibility for the development and operation of the SAP SuccessFactors applications (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding).
• Independent error analysis and correction as part of incident management.
• Implementation of change requests.
• Coordination of the SAP SuccessFactors releases (preparation and processing).
• Project work for the further development of SAP SuccessFactors and other tools/systems.
• Close cooperation with technical process owners within the HR area as well as with the IT area.
• Creation of user documentation / creation of a knowledge database.
• Conducting system tests.
• Supervision of the development and test instances.
• Support in setting up the IT service management processes.

Your skills

• Practical work experience in the support and further development of SAP SuccessFactors applications (esp. EC, RCM/RMK, ONB; additional module knowledge desirable).
• 3-5+ years of experience in support and further development of SAP SuccessFactors applications.
• Practical work experience in using the SAP SuccessFactors Integration Center and creating reports.
• Solid knowledge of application configuration, maintenance and support • Certification in the relevant SAP SuccessFactors applications (esp. EC, RCM/RMK, ONB).
• Willingness to familiarize yourself with HR management processes and complex interrelationships.
• Experiences in the system documentation.
• Knowledge of IT Service Management and ITIL V3.
• Willingness for continuous training and certification in the relevant SAP SuccessFactors applications (example: SuccessFactors Expert Accreditation SFX for Customers).
• Full Proficiency in English, C1. German valuable.
